High Protein Diets Can Work Long Term – High protein, low carb weight loss plans work great for losing weight quickly. But in the long run they can actually be quite unhealthy if you don’t follow them correctly. They can unbalance the harmful chemicals in the body and it can often lead to increased levels of serotonin which can lead to depression among other things. A well balanced diet program with suitable exercise is the only real way to lose fat healthily in the long term.
Eating At Night Is Good Because You Sleep It Off – A lot of people treat eating like alcohol. They figure they will just have that final drink because they will sleep it off and feel great the next day. Unfortunately consuming foods at night is the worst time to do it. This is because the body has no chance to burn any of it off and it will just be stored. Then the next day, it will only just burn off the energy you put in at breakfast and if you don’t exercise it will keep your calories consumed the night before as excess pounds on the body. So keep your eating at night down to a minimum.
